Thanks for playing Dino Space. These terms are short because the app is simple.

Using the app

Dino Space is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. The app is intended to be used by children together with, or with the permission of, a parent or guardian.

Our content

The artwork, characters, sounds, and name "Dino Space" belong to Ryker Apps. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Purchases

Dino Space includes one optional, one-time in-app purchase (US$0.99) that unlocks five extra worlds. It is placed behind a parental gate. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms and refund policies apply. The unlock is for your personal use on your own devices; there are no subscriptions. The "Restore purchase" button re-applies a purchase you already made on that store account.

Educational content

Dinosaur facts in the app are simplified for young children. They're meant to spark curiosity, not to serve as a scientific reference.

No warranties

The app is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it working well on supported devices, but we can't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date above and note it on our website.
